Motionlix Limited Refund Policy
At Motionlix Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality video ads that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that there may be situations where you may wish to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the final video ad delivery.
- You may request a refund if the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon specifications as outlined in the initial order.
- Refunds are not applicable once the video ad has been approved or published.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Custom or bespoke orders that have been agreed upon and approved by the customer are non-refundable.
- If the service has already been substantially delivered (i.e., more than 50% of the work completed), no refunds will be issued.
- Refunds are not applicable for any revisions requested after delivery as per the revision policy.

- Refund requests will be reviewed, and we may ask for additional information to assess the situation.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
